Born on Minnesota's Iron Range in Hibbing, Terry has more than 40 years of executive personnel and business administration experience. Terry worked with Entrepreneurs early on working for Jeno Palucci's Chun King and R.J. Reynolds. In 1968 he went to work for Dayton Hudson Corporation in charge of Human Resources, Customer Service, and Security. In 1978 Terry joined another top entrepreneur, Curt Carlson of Carlson Companies, as Vice President-Personnel of Carlson Marketing Group, also serving as Assistant to the President of this group and as President of Performax Systems International. In 1983 he was promoted to Senior Vice President/ Human Resources of Carlson Companies, where he stayed on as a consultant for several years.
